New Star Wars Rebellion Previews Every Day This Week

In All, Previews, Rebellion, Star Wars by Zach HillegasLeave a Comment

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again right now, and I’ll probably be saying it more in the future: it’s a good time to be a Star Wars fan. Everyone is excited about Star Wars right now, and how could the world of tabletop gaming be any different? We ourselves got extra hyped for The Force Awakens, launching Star Wars Week just before the release of the movie.

Fantasy Flight Games is also pretty excited about Star Wars right now, as they’ve officially kicked off Star Wars Rebellion Week on their official website. Star Wars Rebellion is the new up-and-coming Star Wars game from Fantasy Flight, and anybody who has played their games knows that that’s something to be excited about, because FFG’s Star Wars games are downright fantastic. We made a list of the top 7 Star Wars games out right now, and SIX out of those seven are Fantasy Flight titles. Anybody who reads the site has seen how much I’ve covered Imperial Assault, and X-Wing is another personal favorite of mine. Simply put, when Fantasy Flight announces a new Star Wars game, you’ll want to listen.

For Star Wars Rebellion week, FFG will be launching a new preview every day of the game. For people who have been itching to learn more about this title, this should be required reading. Each preview will cover some new aspect of the game, and it’s safe to assume that we’ll have a pretty solid idea of how everything works come Friday. Instead of rephrasing the previews here, we’ll link to them for your reading pleasure. Currently, there are two previews, but keep checking back for more!

Where Is the Rebel Base? – A look at the core objectives of the game, for both the Empire and the Rebels

Powerful Allies – A closer look at the leaders you can recruit, and their role in helping you to shape the galaxy

Stay tuned for more Star Wars Rebellion previews! Rebellion is currently listed as “At the Printer” on FFG’s website, and is expected to launch in late winter or early spring. Until then, may the Force be with you!
